Signing In
Sign in with Apple, with Google, or with your email and password. Pick whichever's easier on your phone.
Continue with Apple or Google
On the sign-in page, tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google. Pick your account, allow SignCheck when asked, and you're in.
First-time users land on the role-selection screen. Pick Sole Trader, Installer, Manager or Manufacturer.
Email and Password
On the same page, tap Continue with Email, type your email and password, and tap Sign In.
No password to hand? Type your email and tap Email Me a Code instead, then type in the 6-digit code from your inbox. It only works for an account you already have.
If you don't have an account yet, tap Register at the bottom and we'll walk you through setting one up.
Joining With a QR Code
Got a QR code from your manager, or one on a site poster? Tap Scan QR Code at the bottom of the sign-in page and point your camera at it. Your manager's code opens sign-up for their team. A site poster opens WhatsApp to join that job.
No camera, or the code won't read? Tap Scan From Photo to read it from a picture, or Enter Code to type your 6-digit code.
Forgot Your Password
- On the sign-in page, tap Continue with Email and type your email.
- Tap Forgot Password? next to the password label.
- Check your inbox for Reset Your SignCheck Password, or Your SignCheck Sign-In Code in the app. It arrives within a minute. Spam folder if not.
- Tap Reset Password on the same phone or computer you asked from, set a new password, then sign in with it. In the app, type in the code and set a new password.
Sign in isn't working
- Wrong password: use Forgot Password? rather than guessing (we'll lock the account after several failed attempts to keep it safe).
- "Email not confirmed": find the Confirm Your SignCheck Account email and tap Confirm Email. Lost it? On the sign-in page, tap Resend Confirmation Email under the message and we'll send a new one.
- Apple or Google sign-in stuck on a blank page: close the browser tab and try again. Some adblockers interfere with the OAuth handshake.
